Deposit methods
The New Zealand page of Casumo names Visa, Mastercard, Paysafe, Skrill, ApplePay for deposits[1]. The full list appears only in the cashier after login, and we did not log in.
Its minimum is $10, the debit-card minimum; no general minimum is published[1]. Amounts are shown in dollars; the site does not name NZD outright[7].
Apple Pay is listed at Casumo, Dream Vegas, LeoVegas, SpinYoo, Wildz[1][8][9][10][11]. POLi is not mentioned by any site in the ledger. One warning for local cards: LeoVegas says withdrawals to Mastercard and to ANZ, BNZ and ASB cards are unavailable[12].
Withdrawal times
Two clocks run. The casino processes the request, then the method delivers. Add them.
| Route | Casino processing | Transfer after that |
|---|---|---|
| Skrill, Apple Pay | up to 3 days[3] | instant[1] |
| Debit or credit card | up to 3 days | up to 2 days[1] |
| Bank transfer | up to 3 days | up to 5 days[1] |
The terms give Casumo three days to approve or deny a withdrawal; the home page says a matter of hours. Plan on three days.[3] The withdrawal page names these routes: Card; Bank; Skrill; Apple Pay[1].

Fees, limits, ID
- Fee: none as standard; the terms allow 5% of the deposit if little of it was staked[1].
- Minimum withdrawal: not published[2].
- Cap: $50,000 a month, or that month’s deposits if higher[2].
- ID: photo ID with the first withdrawal; more checks above £2,000 of deposits[2].
- Bonus strings: welcome offer is 100% up to $1,500 + 150 free spins, $10 minimum, 30x wagering on the bonus, $5 max bet[13]. Take no bonus and none of this applies.
The fee line matters most. Deposit, change your mind, withdraw money you barely staked, and the operator may keep a slice. The minimum withdrawal is not on the public pages, so ask before you deposit a small amount.

What the Act changes
The Act has been in force since 1 May 2026[4]. For your money, four things follow.
- 1 December 2026. Providers that have not applied for a licence must stop operating in New Zealand[31]. If your site is one of them, withdraw before that date.
- Cards. Licensed operators may not take credit cards[32]. Debit cards are permitted[33].
- Bonuses. Winnings from a bonus must be withdrawable with no requirement to gamble them again[32].
- Play. One pokie at a time on a licensed platform[32].
None of this binds offshore providers during the transition[5]. If you use an unlicensed platform after the change, the regulator says you will not have the same player protections[34].

Who should not deposit
Do not deposit at Casumo if you may need the money back the same day. Approval alone is stated at up to 3 days[3]. Do not deposit just to look around either: the demo mode works without login[36], and free pokies cost nothing.
It suits a small deposit you can afford to lose, paid back to Skrill or Apple Pay, with photo ID uploaded before the first withdrawal. Compare the other rows in the top 10 online pokies NZ table before you choose.
